Due to the intense preparation required for any of our services, we recommend initiating contact two to four months prior to your event. For events scheduled in under six weeks, rush fees totaling 25-50% of the total outlay may apply.

We will require an additional retainer for creative consulting and event designs separate from any event deposit. Please be prepared to remit this retainer electronically within 24 hours of contracting our services.
